This Jabba The Hutt figure was released during the Power Of The Force toy line together with a Han Solo action figure in 1997. You can clearly see that this figure is based on the previously released Black Series 6" Jabba The Hutt figure, especially the white drool markings stand out in comparison. Probably as an effort to reduce costs since he's a pretty large figure, Hasbro did cast Jabba's lower body as a rotocast plastic piece.
