When in use the Arcwave Ion feels amazing, provided you are using plenty of lube of course, as it fits your penis loosely with room to move around and adjust at your own free will.The unit slides easily onto the charging dock, which has a similar aesthetic and could easily sit on a dresser without being recognized by your guests.
If you aren’t impressed by the looks and feel of it straight out of the box, then you’re a hard man to please. It provides descriptive and aesthetic icons and images to showcase the product and I’m glad Arcwave put this much time and effort into packaging. I love using the Arcwave, it is subtle enough to use on a regular basis and flexible enough to be used in many situations. That aside, the ArcWave Ion does indeed feel every bit the revolutionary product that they claim to be.
Aspects that are considered is the suitability for different kinds of people, intuitiveness, and potential learning curve of using the product for pleasure (or pain). I had never thought that I would personally become so infatuated with using one sex toy and completely ignoring all of the others in my inventory. Once you allow the Arcwave Ion to act as an edging toy and give it time to build, the feeling becomes more and more intense, and a full-blown explosion is imminent. We've already mentioned it a few times in this review, but Arcwave's excellent Voy is a great choice if you're after a toy of the more manual persuasion. While you might argue that this particular reviewer lacks the necessary body hardware to make this statement conclusively, here it comes anyway: Pleasure Air is just as effective for guys as it is for girls.
It’s hypoallergenic silicone, resistant to UV light, and feels more durable and dense than most silicone sleeves. The sensation initially felt no different to a vibrating device such as the Pulse; but the difference here, was it didn’t feel… numbing. The neat thing here, though, is that the silence button enables a Smart Silence mode, which ensures the Arcwave Ion air stimulation will only activate when it senses skin contact, minimizing these sounds. We're also hoping to get our hands on Kiiroo's Keon soon, which automates things in a very different up-and-down way; stay tuned for a review, fingers crossed.
In practice this means you get the vibrations without the direct contact that can make such things a little too much.
Too often, I’m let down after spending a large amount of my hard-earned cash, only to receive a sex toy with sub-par packaging and accessories as if they were an afterthought. Higher frequency vibrations however can feel intense but make your skin or body tissue feel numb after prolonged use. If you have grown up with a steady diet of all things related to video games, Star Wars, Star Trek, sci-fi, gadgets, toys, Transformers one way or another, this will be your second home.
