By the time I thought I might enjoy a bottle, they had switched to the generic ones which took all of the fun away. Feels like standing in a flower garden after a summer rain, and the scent of the rain has mingled with the petals of the flowers. feels like getting off a plane at some Mediterranean resort destination and and catching the first whiff of fresh and humid air infused with blooming exotic flowers. It becomes increasingly woody and musky as it fades, with remnants of the powdery florals remaining until final fade.

It is so abstract I cannot detect any of the individual notes but there is a skin-alike quality that on the right person would be amazing, I reckon. I can see why this was discontinued and if this smells close to the original like they say, I can’t imagine how people liked this back then either, pretty bottle or not.

Beyond Paradise by Estee Lauder Eau De Parfum Spray for Women is a fragrance fantasy…an intoxication of the senses. If I was to describe the perfume as a person, it's a woman who is completely contented with herself, who works hard, and who brings a little bit of sunshine to wherever she goes.

However, they should have retained the original rounded tear-drop shape for the larger sizes and the beautiful rainbow colours for all sizes. It is a shame they changed the bottle, and I would have loved to have the old rainbow coloured one, but I kind of like the minimalist simplicity of the new one.I have had a mostly full bottle of this in the refrigerator for several years, and tonight I decided to give it another try--I like it much better now, and I don't know why I didn't care for it before. My IMAGINATION COULD ONLY TaKE me just so far, but I did imagine how lovely it would be in other more Exotic places I may never have the chance to go, to experience beyond the west coast of Florida. A lively green floral fragrance, Beautiful Magnolia captures each precious moment of love as it blooms like the magnolia flower, a symbol of strength and loyalty in love. so I finally bought a bottle used so I could sample freely and I now love it - it is so different on skin lovely creamy floral white flower honeysuckle sweet but lavender keeps it from being sickeningly sweet like honeysuckle can be - lasts for ages and requires just a dab I'm sure it could easily be over done and that is probably where it becomes nasty smelling to people - but that happens with most strong fragrance . I'd say, bottom line, if you like creamy scents and/or a strong honeysuckle note, you'll love this perfume.
