I’m a fan of the Code line so maybe I’m being biased, but this is signature scent worthy in my opinion.

After about 4 hours the projection was about arms length and there was still a noticeable scent trail. Deep smell, so obviously something that reminds me of evenings similar to Sauvage Elixir, but works well at day too. If you remove your cap and the Atomizer head (the part you push down to spray) is black or chrome instead of the same bronzish color as the cap it's a fake. To me this is an elegant scent that reminds me of Code, but with something new about it and I like it a lot!I tried this at sephora and I sprayed it on my pulse point and my shirt and it is so damn good and after couple of hours, it is freaking weak. I have an older bottle of the edt and wanted to get something more modern but still represent my OG signature. The cardamom works amazingly well with the lavender, giving an airy aromatic twist to the ambery sweetness. Gourmand lovers may like this, but for others its synthetic sweetness could be perceived as loud and maybe cloying.

Go easy on the trigger this fragrance should be discovered and not found especially during Netflix and chill moments.I’ve only had one spray on my arm, but every now and then I get a whiff of a warm amber scent and I get hypnotized 😍. I currently use it as a signature scent as it really doesn't get on your nerves and I even love it more than on the first day I got it. The Code flankers came later, so with that girlfriend long gone it was time to try the Code line again. I like powdery/soapy scents but this scent did not impress me much, maybe the dry down but overall I would give it 6/10. It will not scream nor ask against one’s will from a stranger you must notice me and recognize my presence as a few in the line will, especially Code Eau De Parfum.

Although both are amazing scents I edge more towards SWY due the added chestnut and its also a bit cheaper so yeah . Personally I always felt this one kinda makes me think of, if youve ever smelled that kinda big league chew bubble gum stuff as a kid? I picked up my second bottle of this fragrance a few days ago after not having it in my collection for 2 years. Just be advised that similar to the highly concentrated fragrances such as Sauvage Elixir, Code Parfum will be quite powerful for the first 30 minutes or so, and not suited for intimate settings like a car or an elevator.

Would be best suited at winter and at night, definitely for a more intimate but VERY casual situation. I’m too old for that, but I’ll tell you I sure do enjoy wearing this casually during the winter and I’m awfully sad it’s discontinued (although still widely available).The Armani Code line is like the Coke of the designer fragrance world (not only because it actually kinda smells like coca-cola). I was hesitant when this first hit retailers because I fell for the opinion that insisted this was way too sweet! After that the citrus fades away and you slowly begin being introduced to the sweetness from the tonka bean which gives the fragrance a slightly sweet, soapy, powdery, aromatic smell for the duration of its life. Its nice and great as a change of pace fragrance whenever you want to wear something mass appealing and easy to wear. This is a really nice fragrance, almost reminds me of my step fathers lebanese family house it always smelled really nice like a salon or something and this is reminiscent of that.
