Description

Infants are very delicate beings; therefore, while buying things from them, you must be careful. Even a small thing can hamper their growth and development. The MAM 0+/ 2-6+ Soothers are ideal up to the age of 6 months as they offer a smaller teat and shield for younger babies. The MAM 6+ Soothers are suitable from 6 months of age until one year as they provide a larger teat and shield than the 0+/ 2-6+ range but a smaller teat than MAM's 12+/ 16+ soother range. The MAM 12+/ 16+ Soothers being the largest of the MAM teats are ideal for older babies to use from 1 year of age until soother use stops. The dummy is only available with a symmetrical latex / natural rubber teat and comes in both sizes 1 and 2. The BPA-free silicone baglet is soft and flexible whilst also being robust and durable. The smooth surface of silicone is very easy to clean and won’t absorb stains and odours. Simply pop in a steriliser, wash by hand or in the dishwasher.

Remember that you should not put a pacifier inside the mouth of a fussy baby to calm them down. It should be used when the infant is well-fed, cleaned, and cuddled. Also, refrain from putting it inside the mouth of a sleeping baby. Inspired by our award-winning Closer to Nature teat, this super soft silicone soother feels, moves, flexes and stretches just like skin so there’s less chance of confusion when feeding baby from breast or bottle - perfect if you’re worried that offering your baby a soother may disrupt breast or bottle feeding. The latex / natural rubber teat is symmetrical which ensures the dummy will always be the right way round. The air vents in the teat allow air to be pushed out when used. This flattens the teat and helps to protect the little one’s gums and palate. Quality, design and exclusivity have been prioritised in the BIBS Supreme range. From an independent study in July 2021 of 416 mums with a 0-36m child, who are currently using a Tommee Tippee® soother: The popular BIBS Supreme dummies are produced in Denmark and are available in a wide range of colours.

The matte shield is made of polypropylene and has been designed with large holes in. This has been done to increase air flow around the mouth and thereby protect the sensitive skin in this area. Therefore, avoid their use after your baby’s second birthday; besides, when selecting pacifiers for infants, you should use the one with silicone nipples as the latex nipples can be bitten through, which further causes latex sensitivity.

We recommend that you replace the soother every month and always at the first signs of damage or weakness. We recommend stopping soother use when your child is older than 36 months. At the time of your baby’s first birthday, you need to try to break them off from pacifier use. This will ensure a smooth transition before the second birthday. Our orthodontic* soothers feature an oval, reverse ortho baglet that is vented meaning it compresses more easily than traditional, air-filled baglets and therefore reduces pressure on baby’s developing teeth and gums. The symmetrical, silicone baglet that is fully reversible and has no ‘wrong’ side-up so it will always be placed correctly in your baby’s mouth.Glow in the dark dummy further produces a soft blue/green hue, which simply typifies nighttime. Is Glow In The Dark Dummy Safe For Use? No more scrambling around in the dark trying to find a lost dummy. The BIBS Supreme Night Glow dummies have a shield that glows in the dark, making it easy to find at night. Hold the dummy under a light for 5 seconds and the glow effect is activated - it’s as simple as that! The glow will last for at least 8 hours and is discrete enough that it won’t wake your little one. After feeding your baby and putting them to sleep, it is pretty irritating when you need to get up again. But when you use a pacifier at nighttime, you usually don’t have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night. Glow-in-the-dark dummies are easy to find and put into your infant’s mouth at night. Well, you are at the right spot, as we can answer all your queries regarding your child’s safety. A pacifier is basically a plastic, silicone, or rubber nipple replacement that is given to an infant to feed upon to soothe them. Plus, they should come in the same shape, design, and form as a regular one and are used in the same way. All glowing dummies should radiate a soft light that is soothing to a baby’s eyes.

We recommend that you replace the soother every month and always at the first signs of damage or weakness. We recommend against prolonged soother use over 24 months and stopping soother use when your child is older than 36 months. The dummy or pacifier comes in two teat shapes- a standard round one and an orthodontic one- a flat base with a round top. Both these shapes are secure and safe for use by infants, so you can buy whichever shape you want. Conclusion – Dummies also help babies learn how to control their feelings. It relaxes as well as makes them feel safe and secure. A glowing pacifier will make them feel more secure. Many studies reveal that using a pacifier at night or naps can prevent SIDS- sudden infant death syndrome. Though doctors aren’t sure how it works, putting a pacifier in the baby’s mouth while they are sleeping can lower the chances of SIDS.

Preferably use them during nap time as well as at night time. Mostly glow in the dark pacifiers or dummies are considered safe for use if they do not contain any harmful materials. Additionally, your glow dummies should feature holes in the shield to avoid choking. The attachment cords of the dummy should be around six inches and not more. Also, wash your pacifier at least once daily using a light soap and normal water. The curved shield sits comfortably between baby’s chin and nose and the holes in each side allow extra air flow and prevent the build-up of moisture which helps to protect baby’s delicate skin against irritation. Our orthodontic* Night time soothers feature an oval, reverse ortho baglet that is vented meaning it compresses more easily than traditional, air-filled baglets and therefore reduces pressure on baby’s developing teeth and gums. The symmetrical, soft silicone baglet that is fully reversible and has no ‘wrong’ side-up so the soother will always be placed correctly in your baby’s mouth, even when baby puts the soother in their mouth themselves. Are you looking for glow in the dark dummies or pacifiers for your little one that guarantees safety? You are not entirely sure whether glowing dummies would be safe to put in your baby’s mouth.Glow in the dummies are available in colors and designs that will make your little one curious and help them find comfort in the darkness. People usually refer to pacifiers as dummy because it is meant to imitate a teat or nipple, the same way a dummy mimics a person. Different types of pacifiers are available in the market for your little ones.
