We distil our signature spirit with lime and Queen of the Night, a fragrant cactus flower that appears only after dark – like the wolf who hunts by moonlight.Lavender and citrus notes run alongside a forage of feral pine needles, but it's the fierce juniper backbone that stands this drink tall. This is our craft spirit infused with juicy white peach, sweet passionfruit and a hint of yuzu's citrus sharpness, perfect for breezy days and balmy nights.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. It has quite a perfumed smell when you open the bottle, which nearly put me off, but the scent is subtle once mixed with fresh lime and a good quality tonic.
